	I remember going up to Frank&#39;s house 50 years ago with the Lowe boys, swiming in the pool, hunting and running&nbsp;the fields of his fathers 300 acre cattle farm on Whiterock Road, What Good Times we had!&nbsp; Frank was a GOOD man loved his kids, worked hard and was a Friend to All.&nbsp; God Bless you Frank see you on the other side.</p>
