Susan and I shared many many memories and wonderful times together. I guess the most precious ones are her children and how she loved them so.She was also a wonderful grandmommy for Jacob, Jonathan, Jason and Joel.Some of my fondest memories will be our many vacations and weekends in the mountains. Susan loved the ocean and we went to Ocean City MD, Rehobeth Beach, DE ,Ocean City, NJ, Myrtle Beach SC and the Outer Banks in NC. We also shared several cruises together to the Caribbean Islands and Bermuda. It was always fun to see her pop in thru the adjoining door and snap an inpromtu photo of me in my slip or undies. We loved to travel and had wonderful times together. I will miss that most of all. I guess one of my favorite memories wasn't a trip at all. Susan was spending the weekend with me while Ronald worked all nightat the firehouse. He came home one morning and went to use the bathroom to wash his face and well...you know...and I was showering, WELL he thought it was me showering. And so it goes for the next 30 years he always announced himself before entering a room. Susan I love you. I don't think any trip will ever be the same for me. Rest in Peace and know you will live in my heart forever , Your loving little sister Peggy Ann.

Our friend Laurie was getting married. I was in the wedding and Susan was a guest. I've always had issues with a certain undergarment, so when I had had enough, I took it off. The mistake came when I gave it to Susan. She wore my bra on her head, like Mickey Mouse ears....I have the picture to prove it. I'm going to miss her, her love as a friend and her crazy crazy sense of humor. She could keep you going.

One thing I will always remember will be our "unique" family vacations. I remember the one in Atlantic City that when we arrived it was a big room in some woman's home where we had to share a bathroom with the lady and her family! Another was in Ocean City, MD, where there were not enough beds when we got there and Christopher had to sleep on the screened in porch. And when we woke up there were men in the room fixing the sink! While we were sleeping! I will certainly never forget the fun! Miss you, Mom!

Though Susan and I were in-laws, we always treated each other as brother and sister. Even though we often had our differences (after all she is a Stinchcomb), we had many memorable times together. Susan enjoyed vacations with Peggy and I and our dear friend Norv. From cruises, trips to the ocean, and trips to the mountains, the mountain getaway was her favorite. I will miss these memorable times together. Although you are no longer with us physically, you will always be with us spiritually. Say hi to Norv and our 4 legged friends. Until we meet again.
